What is shared ownership?

"Shared Ownership" also known as "Fractional Ownership" is a new way to buy property. We place four people like yourself together to purchase a 25% share each of a property. Each shareholder in the property will recieve their share of captial growth, rental income, access to the property and maintenance costs, becuase everything is shared your risk is reduced dramatically. We charge a standard management fee to manage the property on your behalfs, but as share holders unanimously you can vote to switch estate agents at any time.

Why choose shared ownership?

• If you want to get on the property ladder but dont have enough money to buy a property outright.
• If you want a holiday home, but dont want all your money tied up in it - you will have a acess to a rotating 3 month period each year.
• If you want to diversify your investments, you can gain access to better yeilding investments for fraction of the price.
