Due to the downtown in the finance and property markets in the UK; over 2 years we conducted research throughout the world to locate the city that offered the best opportuninties in property investment.

Our research proved the city of João Pessoa in Brazil to be one of the few places left that is still experiencing growth and still has significant potential. The small city of João Pessoa has been somewhat neglected by Brazil and overlooked becuase of its small size. With its all year round good weather, vast coastlines, beautiful beaches and lower cost of living it's starting to attract tourists away from the more developed south of Brazil such as Rio De Janeiro.

From our research we also identified descrepancies in statistics and information on the Brazilian economy and property growth and that property investors needed a dependable source for Brazilian Property News.
